Freedom?

A graduation typically inspires feelings of freedom; freedom from institution, freedom from the required and mandated tasks of acadamia. But the residual structure and confinement that follows graduation haunts us for many…many years. Yes it is worth the price- but let’s not kid ourselves into believing freedom was truly and completely earned.
